Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Etwaar Bazar Online, customer satisfaction and transparency are our priorities. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Open Parcel Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.

Customers are encouraged to inspect and verify their parcel at the time of delivery through our "Open Parcel & Check" facility, where available through the courier service. Once you are satisfied that the product received matches your order and is in acceptable condition, payment should be made to the courier representative.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and our Open Parcel & Check service, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Personal preference;
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer;
  • Dissatisfaction after inspection and acceptance of the parcel at delivery.

Once the parcel has been accepted and payment has been completed, the sale will be considered final, subject only to the exchange conditions stated below.

No Refund Policy

Etwaar Bazar Online does not offer refunds on delivered orders.

Refund requests based on change of mind, dislike of the product, or reasons other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective product;
  • You received a damaged product;
  • You received an incorrect item different from the one you ordered.

Exchange Request Timeframe

Exchange requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number;
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue;
  • Any additional information reasonably required for verification.

Claims submitted after the 3-day period may not be eligible for exchange.

Conditions for Exchange Approval

Exchange requests may be declined if:

  • The product has been used, altered, damaged by misuse, or is not in its original condition;
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing;
  • The issue reported cannot be reasonably verified;
  • The request falls outside the exchange eligibility criteria stated above.

Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the exchange procedure. The replacement product will be dispatched after verification of the claim according to our internal process.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
