Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

6. Open Parcel & Check Policy

Where supported by the courier service, customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery before making payment.

Customers should verify that the received item matches their order and is free from visible defects before accepting delivery.

7. Return, Refund and Exchange

Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind or personal preference.
  • We do not offer refunds on delivered orders.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • Additional conditions outlined in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy shall apply.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers may choose to create an account or use guest checkout.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:
